After termination of your Subscription or Account, we may retain your data for up to ninety (90) days before deletion to allow for account reinstatement, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Financial records and transaction data may be retained for a longer period as required by applicable tax and accounting laws and regulations. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to any legal retention obligations.
§ 6 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and pixel tags) to enhance your experience, analyze usage, and support security. The types of cookies we use include:
- Essential cookies: necessary for the Service to function, including authentication and session management;
